PChelp2U began in 2004 when Windows 98se was still a popular operating system and malware was just beginning to be recognized by the end user as a serious problem. We started by performing on-site PC tune-ups, then branched out into other PC support tasks, such as hardware upgrading and data backup and transfer.
The variety of different configurations encountered over the years has given us extensive insight into the unique problems encountered by corporate and personal users alike. Although the majority of PC's encountered by our firm have been running a Windows Operating System, some have also been Apple and even certain Linux "flavors", such as Ubuntu.
In addition to PC support, PChelp2U also has experience in server operating systems, including Windows Server (2003 and 2008) and Linux (Fedora and CentOS).
With training in html, css and c++, PChelp2U has also been able to provide web design services to many of it's clients. Providing a variety of web design or configuration services has been an added value for particular clients.
