One of the most useful services provided to PChelp2U clients is the remote support program, sometimes called "Helpdesk Support".  The following describes how to use this wonderful feature:

1. Download the 1ClickHelp file by clicking here.

2. Your browser will prompt you with this (or a similar) screen:

3. Click Run and the following screen (or one similar) should display:

Click Run again and you will briefly get this screen:

While the connection is established, this balloon will display near your clock:

Then a warning balloon will display:

You will then automatically be connected to the computer of a technical support specialist.  This specialist will be able to see your computer screen and move your mouse.  In this way, the specialist will be able to help you without the disadvantage of a delay.

When you are ready to terminate the connection, simply right click the icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and select "Close" from the pop-up window.
